Bradwell's green space is back in the headlines, with the council reviving a plan to sell part of it off, years after residents thought they'd seen it off for good. On a brighter note, there's new life on the cards for the fire damaged Leopard Hotel in Burslem, and I've been asking why we don't always give our own ceramics the same love that Fortnum & Mason gives them in a London shop.
Autumn's properly here now, which means Halloween and bonfire night aren't far behind. If you've got an event on, get it up on our What's On page, it's free, and it's the best way to make sure Staffordshire knows what's happening. And speaking of events, Castle Classics is back in Newcastle next month, so if you've got a classic or retro motor gathering dust, dig out the polish and come and show it off.
