Local Stoke-on-Trent Baker to Take Centre Stage at Foodies Festival Cheshire

Sally Berrisford-Pratt, founder of Sally's Baked with Love, will exhibit at the three-day festival taking place at Tatton Park, Knutsford, from 10th–12th July 2026. As part of the festival programme, she will also appear in the popular Cake & Bake Theatre, where she will demonstrate some of the techniques behind her handcrafted cheesecakes.

The invitation marks a major milestone for the Stoke-on-Trent cheesecake specialist, whose business began in her home kitchen in 2021 and has since grown into a well-loved local brand with a loyal customer following across Staffordshire and beyond.

While baking had always been a passion, Sally's love of cheesecake inspired her to start creating homemade cheesecakes for friends and family. As demand grew, what began as a hobby soon developed into a thriving local business built on quality, creativity and community support.

While the business has grown significantly since 2021, every cheesecake is still handmade by Sally in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, ensuring the same personal touch that customers have come to expect.
